14969, more problems with TB install Posted by proDMD, Feb-17-02 03:42 PM
ok, I cant get the torx screw to budge so I put back on my old TB and now my idle is around 2k and my car drives like crap..it will buck when I let off the gas in every gear...is it because of the throtle cable because I did take it off. How do I adjust it...could it be because I dont have the TB gasket because it cracked and fell off when I had the TB off? MY check engine light is now on is this normal? ahhh im going to satan tomorrow for a new TB gasket and hope they will loosen the screw for me. TIA

yah, u need a gasket for the seal to be correct, imo....
sum dude on your other post said it was like 3 bux. get that, and have em pop them screws off.
install it, and reset your ecu
if your cel dont go off, do the key dance, or have em check it.
good luck
