ok I had my at tranny redone in june and the shop put in dextron/mercron 3 tranny fluid, that was about 10k miles ago. Thanks to a earlier post by someone I found out this is very bad, Has any damage been done? How to drain a tourque convertor with removing the tranny? I am going to change the fluid chrysler atf+4, with a new filter but dont have $300 beans to remove tranny.

You don't need to drop the tranny, just the tranny oil pan. You might need new gasket also.
