In your underhood fuse box, do you have a relay for RAD HI? Please note if you're ATX or MTX (from the factory).

I have a 98 OEM-MTX

There are two spots for RAD HI in mine and they are both blank.
99 Auto

just checked my friends 98 ATX and they are both blank
