Get BG Syncroshift, RRE sells it for like $29, enough to drain and refill tranny. Totally worth it.

So may $33 compaired to $29?

I say go BG Syncroshift, I've been using it for a while and really like it. It's a performance fluid.

On a side note Manual Trans fluid should be changed every 30k
