Someone Is selling me some blue aem came gears for $40 is it worth it? What will the difference be between the stock ones? What are they for? Any help would be appreciate thanks.

Couple things here:
Yes, $40 is worth it.
Id replace the hardware with the highest grade stainless steel you can just to be safe.
In short, adjustable cam gears can help move the powerband around. The stock ones are non adjustable, and the AEM gears allow you to retard/advance ignition.
There are alot of posts on 2gnt about adjusting, so I would start there :thumbsup

AEM makes decent products. If they are in great shape, it is worth scooping up.
If you need to ask what they are for, you probably do not need them.
