So my car's been bucking like an angry bull while moving and my tachometer keeps skipping back and forth between RPMs while i drive does anyone have an idea what could be causing the problem? I thought it was misfiring but I'm not too sure about that.

Why?
Have you diagnosed your ignition system? OBDII trouble codes? You need to bring a lot more information to the table before you throw such an open question such as this out here.

Had same problem, my car would sputter/misfire under load or just accelerating. U got a egr still or did u block it off??
