This is something i found on ebay while searching for a CAI. I have never heard of it or seen anyone use it. It says there is a 13% increase in horsepower (ya right LMAO). Does anyone know if they do absolutely anything, or if they sound nasty (like a turbo)?

You didn't post a link, but I can tell you they're worthless junk. They do absolutely nothing and you'll see absolutely no gains.

Turbochargers sound like they do because they spin 40,000 - 120,000 RPM. This won't do that.

I would like to know how something would spin at the claimed RPM without any kind of lubrication.
