Last month I bought a Megan racing short shifter and the Symborski bushings from Extreme PSI.I already installed the bushing kit last weekend. But when I went to install the shifter.I found that the pivot shoulder pin was really loose in the pivot shoulder.I broke out my calpers and measured the pin.It was cut under sized.I called Megan and talked to a tect there. He opened up a couple other shifters and there was no difference in the fit.He even sent me a video about it.Right now I`m having the correct size pin made at a local machine shop it`s costing me $120.00 :wallbash

my Megan shifter sucked. I got it with my built motor and when i got home I took out my ebay knock off and installed the MR and it had so much more play in the gears then the ebay one.

Play in the shifter you mean? The amount of play in the gears has nothing to do with the shifter.
