Anyone see anything on these scans that seem out of normal?

Manifold pressure looks a little low for idle. I think it's suppose to be around 18inHg at idle unless you have more aggressive cams.

Idle vac pressure is low, and TPS signal isn't accurate. Also not too sure about the "closed loop" fuel trim. Is that normal?

The 420a TPS will be inaccurate like that on any OBD2 scanner, don't worry about it.

Looks fine to me.

is there a chance the intake manifold pressure is low due to a leak. I ran another few tests while driving and saw anywhere from 4-14psi while driving. normal or an indicator that the sensor is faulty or that there is a leak?

I'm trying to find a good data-logger software that i can use to get some logging done while driving and maybe even capture data when my random "stall" happens as it's getting very annoying.

ok.. so i was running a logging scan while driving home from work and everything was reading fine and then i had one of my "stalls" which only happened once.. but what was strange is that the scanner software lost connection which to me makes me think that either the entire car shut off or something is happening with the ecu. of course it only happened once and it looks like i wasn't able to catch it this time logging wise, so I'm going to keep trying.

Anyone else think the ecu could be the culprit?

for what its worth, attach a DVOM to the power and ground of the obdII connector. have it on volts and when it stalls if it still has a reading its not a power/ground issue, but sounds like may be a loose ground or loose power wire.

I have a feeling this is ground related too as I have had some weird audio issues as well.

Anythings possible man. But I doubt it cause it starts up an you haven't had a dead battery recently? Right?

No dead battery. And the car has not had any problems starting at all.

So something grounding funny or ecu or still a sensor somewhere.

yeah i would defonatly start with loose/high resistance on power and grounds.

then i would probably wiggle test most of the harness.

then look at some of the obvious common problems like the egr burning the harness (which i think was already mentioned in this thread but i forget)

after which start ohming/checking sensors.

and maybe swap ecu with a friend (id say its not the ecu though)

Very possibly just inaccurate OBD2 interface. The only accurate ones i have seen are automotive based scanners like the Snap-on or genesys scanners. Those will read TPS accurate where others will not. You get what you pay for sort of thing.

Its not a power or ground issue.

I wouldnt be worried about it.
