No.
If you bought a donor car and swapped the inner fenders, a bunch of wiring, and all the other stuff then yes.
But, its not worth it. If you want one sell yours and buy one, trust me.

If you're just looking to do a 2.4 swap, use the 2.4L from a PT Cruiser, Stratus, Cirrus, or Breeze.
