Does anyone know any websites where I can find the 420 rebuild kit (.20 turbo pistons and rods) for a good price like between $200-$1300

You try google? And you are looking for 0.020 over bore, not a 0.20. 0.20 is nearly a quarter inch.

eBay is another source. Just depends on what you want for quality.

i've used ebay .020 pistons and rings. works fine.
