Hey everyone. I have spent a few hours trying to search and find my answers and have come up with nothing. I have a 96 rs with a good 420a in it but i got smashed in the rear quarters the other day. I know i can put my motor in an rs or gs but is it possible to put it in a gst? I kept trying to search and see if anyone else has done it but all i kept finding was the 4g63 into an rs.

Possible, sure, anything's possible, but you're much better off finding an rs or gs shell to drop your motor into or just get a running gst/x. Unless if you're good with fabricating and wiring, it's going to be a huge headache or a good chunk of change or both.

Ok thanks CS i thought it would be a PITA to do so i just wanted to make sure i was doing the right thing by shopping around for another 420a model. I fixed many of things on my eclipse thanks to these forums and the wiki so i definitely will be one of the smart ones and use the info. Thanks again.
