hey i was wondering if the 04 neon R T egnine be able to fit the 95 eclipse 420a... if so will the 2g transmisson fit......??

It will fit, sorta.
You will need to extend wires, get a custom header made, wire up a rpm switch for the secondaries, and change out the mounts. The block is the same.

Don't they use a different style crank and cam sensor? Or is that just the SRT?

Just the SRT. The cam sensor is a little different, but it just needs to be wired in IIRC. It may plug in actually. Its been a while since I looked at Neon SOHC to DOHC swaps :P
EDIT: Actually, you may need to swap in your crank sensor. 2004 was NGC.

Doesn't that mean the pickup on the crank is different too?
