setup consists of

.40 over 8:8.1 compression wiseco pistons
eagle h beam rods
t3/t4 turbo 60 trim
turbonetics wastegate open dump
hahn portfueler stage v calibration
OBX ram style manifold (sucks have to do a lot of mods just to make work)
arp rod and head bolts
mechanical tensioner
gates timing belt
1 step colder plugs
glow shift wideban, boost and oil pressure gauge.
full 3in. catback
walbro 255
egr block off
sadly automatic but holds boost lol
probably forgot some stuff but let me know what you think.

From what I can see of the wallet size photos, it looks decent. What size injectors? How much boost are you running?

Additionally it is physically impossible to have pistons that are 0.40" oversized in a 420a. That is almost half an inch. I think you mean 0.040".

I would be careful running 15-18psi on a T3/T4 on the stock ignition map. With a turbo that size, I personally wouldn't risk running much more than 12-13psi. I would also tune the PF to no leaner than an AFR of 11.5 at WOT.

Looks like a nice setup though. Only concern is that the manifold is literally touching the upper radiator hose. Not sure if that little piece of thermal wrap will be enough to prevent damage. Only time will tell I guess.

Good luck!

thanks for the advice. i was wondering what opinions were about how much boost is safe on stock ignition, some say 20psi is the limit idk lol i probably will leave it at 13-15. but still curious?`
