i was just wondering if anyone would know wat sensor controls ignition and which one controls fuel? I got a spyder and the guy said that it has no spark coming from 2 spark plug wires so he replaced the coil packs and still not working. so im thinking either cam position or crank position sensor, but not sure and I dont wanna just throw parts at it. So any guideance would be great. thanks

If the cam/crank sensor was faulty you would have zero or all spark. The sensors are not biased and think, "hey, I think I only want cylinders 1 & 3 to fire right now, not 2 & 4!"

There is either a signal or no signal. Do as Dino said. Additionally check for OBDII codes.

We do not live in the 70s anymore where we fuck with a carburetor and wipe the finger inside the tail pipe to see how it runs.

and im assuming youve already checked spark plugs and changed wires?
