I was wondering when i change my cams do i have to change spring and rockers. What all do i have to change. Can i get away with just a cam swap.

well, it all depends on the cams your getting. if your getting a stage one you can just do the cams. but if your going stage 2 or 3 then you need to get springs, rockers ect. i wouldn't suggest stage 2 or 3 unless your head completly built.

No. There are technically no rockers. The cam follower upgrade can be made to the Mopar PT/2.4 or 2.7L followers but are not required when upgrading the camshafts.
