im thinking the second one is what im looking for with a turbo setup? please clarify this for me....

The second one is the Crower 2 Turbo grind "Stage 2" cam
the first one is N/A Stage 2 cam.
Choose whichever one you want

The turbo grind has less overlap which helps spool.
