I had a timing belt problem with my car (forgot to install the cam bolt and started the car... i know stupid me) car ran for 30 secs and CRUNCH! so i did a compression test with a half dead battery (car slowly cranked) and could only get 30psi in each cylinder. so i figured bent valves. so i ripped the head off tonight and to me the valves look completely fine. i cant even see where they hit the pistons or if they even did. i wanna get your guys opinions on them tho.

They can bend enough but not enough to tell by looking at them by eye.

Pop a few out, place them on a lathe, or an electric drill and spin it to see for even the smallest out-of-round.

well did alittle test that i thought would work good. i used a small led flash light and stuck it in each port, exhaust and intake. figured if the vlaves bent light will show through around the valve. well only 2 ports allowed a very small amount of light out. both were the 3&4 cylinders on the intake side. i mean i did this in a totally dark room and it just enough light to barly show through. think i should still pull the valves?

yes

If you can see the light then it's not sealing. If the valves aren't sealing then you don't get proper compression. If you don't get proper compression the car doesn't go.

Pretty simple.
