So I am rebuilding my engine and I will be going with a turbo kit in about six months with minimal driving till then. So I was wondering, will it be in any way harmfull to my engine to run it NA with low compression pistons? Thanks everyone ahead of time.

Nope, it will be fine.
It will be a tad underpower compared to what you are used to, but it will cause no issues.
