After Intake, Exhaust, Header, and Under Drive Pulley, What else can i do for a decent HP increase that keeps my car all engine??

Bored Throttle Body, and a High flow catalyst, probably some magnecor spark plug wires.

intake manifold work, the throttle body, some kind of engine tuning (timing and fuel control) cams :) cam gears and cams would be nice, I'd do that before even considering touching the head.
I wonder if a good set of cams has been dynoed or before and after drag run comparison done with cams
Well, I'll probably eventually get around to it, but I have a few things left to take care of first
