I have my motor set at stock timing running crane 16s, with good timing marks.

car idles slightly rough and I am only holding 12-14in hg

I smoked the intake for leaks, found a bad Map sensor O ring, replaced that.

I also found a large leak at the Throttle body coming out by the linkage and TPS, I replaced the shaft O rings, and the leak is still there.

As the car idles I get the slight hiss of a vac. a leak loud enough for me to hear over the sound of a straight pipe exhaust.

I have smoked the Intake since replacing all O rings and I still accumulate smoke out of the Throttle Plate Shaft by the linkage and TPS.

However no where else...

my questions are this.. I know most TBs leak at the shaft seals, so I want a good piece of mind that that is not the issue.

I am also curious as to what other people are getting for vacuum at idle with crane 16s and stock timing.
