i was lookin for an udp and was wonderin if a udp from a 00-up neon would work on my 420a any info would be helpful

Do your own research.
I have a '01 Neon, and the belt ribs are the same.
Crank is the same, so theoretically speaking, yes it would fit.
But, use at your own risk :)

Like Tim said, it should fit. If you buy a kit like the one from Modern Performance then most likely the belts will be wrong though.
