well, yeah but you dont want to. you dont want anything in the way of the radiator. the stock radiator is taxed enough if you drive with spirits.
i know hadesomega mounted an oil cooler on the pass side with the 95 bumper.
the only thing i would stick infront of my radiator is a mesh grill or a front mount.
you could even mount it up on the firewall, and run sum ducting from a spot in the bumper directly to it.
you have options, just be creative and wait to hear what other peeps think about the infront of the radiator idea

Well here's a pic of when I was installing my intercooler. I installed the cooler with the bumper on though with a buncha long tie wraps. Haha how's that for creative! Anyway I guessing your tranny cooler is gonna be as big as this oil cooler cuz your guyz tranny fluid gets hot from all that friction and stuff going on inside the tranny. Take note that this oil cooler BARELY fits in this spot so if your is bigger give it up, stick it in the front of some other place. The drivers side scoop is a good place if you don't have a CAI and if the lines goes there, for oil its easier on the passenger side.
I don't see any anyproblem attaching it to the radiator cuz the instruction do tell you that that is one place to put it. As long as the air flows through it's ok haha don't put no lisence plate or anything there! My intercooler is in the front and the radiator never overheats. I heard that most of the cooling is done by the fans anyway.
if you wanna see the rest of the super cooler install it's here: http://www.imagestation.com/album/?id=4292222249
