I have a 95 420a block that I will be boosting, I was just wondering what kind of water pump to go with, like from a dealership to get the OEM or there is one on cimotorsports thats like $50. I just wanna be safe with whatever I go with.

Either will be fine. our waterpumps are known to go bad with age, not horsepower.

ok. Also timing belt what kind? I see alot of people use the gatorback.

That should work just fine. A lot of people also use the OEM Mopar one from the dealership. I am running a beck/arnley one.

Just get a good brand name one.

When you replace the timing belt, you should replace the tensioner and pulleys too. Here is a good kit - http://www.store.partsdinosaur.com/product1310.html

Unless you're Bullett and break them on the Dyno. :P

OP, OEM is tried and true. The gatorback also has a good reputation so far.

I use the OEM timing belt from the dealership. Expensive, but proven and strong.

I have a water pump for sale if you're looking for one. Much lower than $50 too.

well I like the kit that was from parts dinosaur and going to piece 2 kits together cause my DD needs a timing belt and everything on both.

Just make sure you get a NEW waterpump and not a reman.

The Dayco and Gates brand Timing belts have been good in my experience.
