I was just wondering how many of you guys use an electric oil pressure sending unit and if you remote mounted it like it says or if you just T it off the back of the block? I have always seen it T'd off the back but a few friends of mine have had the sending unit break the T and dump their oil out. Just wondering what the majority of you guys do?

I'm using what i guess you can call a "T". my sending unit sits where the stock one used to be, and between it and the block i have it T off for my feed line to the turbo. works great.

I saw a set up that ran a line off the block with a loop in it to absorb the vibration and was tee'd off from there. Looked good-made sense. Here's the link.

Thats a big/main concern of mine because I have the Prothane sides and rear motor mounts along with an XtremeRS custom solid metal front mount. Meh, I'll probaly just mount it to the block...it's already in there actually, just though about moving it but...

I have mine T'd off the back of the block as well. I used a 45 degree unit. Teflon and install... No leaks or breaks. Its been installed for over 3 years now with no issues.

Take special care when reinstalling the stock Sending Unit, they break easily if you apply pressure to the sides.
