Anyone else with the OBX radiator hoses have problems with them fitting? The hose is to small to fit over the rad and the thermostate openings.

How much too small? the silicon hoses have less give than rubber ones and tend to be a lot grabbier. I usually take a small ammount of silicon grease and rub that just inside the edge of the hoses to get them to fit

well it took me about an hour to force it onto the thermostate housing and it could only get it on about half way. When i went to put it on the radiator is started to break the opening.

if you can get it on the tstat housing at all it's the right size. lube is your friend.
