the CRAZY NEEDLE issue is when i put my key to the ON postion my rpm needle jumps up and down really fast and the fuel pump keeps dumping fuel and dont stop like it should it just stays on

the INSANE question of the NEEDLE is at this time me my key with postion encouraged my tin needle and in bottom effective change quickly and pumps it of fuel holds the pouring fuel and whose end if there remains only would have him
English -> Dutch -> French -> English.
Still doesnt make any sense. :shrug
We should all just go back to grunting and clubbing eachother with wooden sticks.

Im gonna guess.....
when he puts his key to the ready position, the RPM needle jumps aroudn and the fuel pump continually primes without stopping.

Good guess thats exacly whats happening sorry for all the BLA BLA BLA typing its just that im at work trying to help customers and type at the same time hmmm... Replaced TPS and IAC sensors, but you still get CELs for both?
Tachometer needle twitches when the key is in the ON position? Does it otherwise function properly?

I wonder if you don't have something tapped into the tach signal or otherwise fucking with it. These threads tell you which wire is the signal and some information about installing a MSD ignition, which might give insight into other issues.

already checked the signal wire. problem still there it has to be an electrical wire somewhere i'll just go over it a gain itis possible i missed something thanks for trying brian
