I changed to NGK hotter plugs recently. I noticed some oil in the plug wells. Do I need to change the grommets again? It isn't overflowing like last time, but there is a little in there. IS this normal?

Is it a lot of oil? From the way it sounds you have had leaky spark plug cylinder gaskets before. If it isn't much oil, it might just be the oil settling from before. However, if it is a lot...

I used a stop leak oil conditioner when I saw oil on the plug (as long as it's just a little). I poored the stuff in my oil, couple days later I took the plugs out and did some clean up. Two days after that, I checked them again. No oil! Try it. It may work. It has not started leaking again. It's been two months since I poored the conditioner in the oil.

well, when it leaked, the car would sputter, and hesitate at WOT sometimes. One time in particular, a mom in a mini van tried to get on my ass as I guess a cylinder was drowned by the oil, the plug caught on, and I shot a flame! HEHE. She backed up then. When it is bad, oil will run over and drip to the pavement. It will usually not run right. I can try the oil conditioner. It does work with synthetic right? I use mobil 1 synthetic.

Won't work then. That's too much of a leak. It may work but I doubt it. It sounds like gaskets need changing. If you already did this then you did it wrong (Torque,sealer,pattern)
