Do underdrive pulleys cause your lights to dim when the car is idling. And can you tell a major difference with one?

Well, I just had mine put in recently, and so far, I have no issues with dimming lights. Only thing that I noticed is that I keep losing power to my radio if my bass is turned way up. Well, this was already happening before, but its more often nowadays. So anyone else know of side effects of the UDP?

no lights dim here, if they do, get a capacitor, .5 or 1 farad.

my experience: car felt lighter for first 25 miles, now i cant feel a difference. i did lose 0.8 seconds of my 0-60. i had a good launch tho.

yeah.. just got my afx udp installed this last weekend.. and so far no noticable affects on dimming lights and i have a pretty hefty system and listen to my music lound and nothing noticable.. but the car definately feels a bit faster, more, stronger pull in the mid power band.. im sure it wont take long before i dont notice it much anymore though.. but well worth getting it.

i've had it on for about 1 year and sometimes when i have ac on or defroster on or fans kick on i do notice that the lights do dim a bit, no biggy though.
