I got a body from some crappy dealership and they totally screwed alot of things up the cut all the suspension up with torches to take out the engine and they cut the top of the front motor mount beam bolt heads off. I didnt notice till i just got done putting the engine back together and damn i cant put the last motor mount on. Ive tried using vices and hammer and even pipe wrenches to take em out and all it does is eats the end of the bolt off ive even thought about welding the beam to the bolts that were already there but i would have to cut em off again if i needed to drop the engine again ;< i really dunno what i should do anyone had any problem like this before? i was thinking about maybe drilling it out and tapping it at a bigger side and using different bolts.[br /> Also the radiator that was in the car isnt flowing properly or maybe it might be my thermostat? when i run the engine the water doesnt get to the bottom of the radiator the top is super hot and the bottom is cold.. any idea's ? the engine overheats really fast.
Also has anyone ever see a alignment off so bad that the car will make a 90 degree turn to the left if your not holdint the stearing wheel ?

1. Drill and tap the holes and use bigger bolts. Make sure you go to the hardware store and get grade 10.8 bolts
2. Your radiator might have a air bubble in it. you can 'burp' it by turning the car off, opening the cap, and squeezing the bottom radiator hose until you dont get bubbles in the coolant. i think you can also start the car, with the cap off, and put the cap back on right before the coolant overflows from the water neck. Also, it wouldnt be a bad idea to get a new thermostat. i think a new mopar one is like 15 at the most, which is cheap insurance, compared to overheating your car and warping/cracking your head.
3. go have your car aligned.

Weld a bolt to the bolt that's already in there, use a wrench to take them both out.

Please clarify what you're talking about, here. If this car is as fucked as I think it is, you might have grounds to sue the shop for being so inept that they destroyed the car beyond repair. Chances are, you're going to need to find another car, imo. You can't just go cutting pieces out of a unibody car and then re-welding them together as you please and expect the car to be okay. Granted, anything is possible, but when people can't figure out how to get an engine out (something which can be done in about four hours with hand tools and a hoist), I'd bet my left nut they couldn't get it back together right.
This is possibly the scariest post I've read in a while. Sorry, man.

Dude. I really think you're fighting a losing battle. Good luck to you on this one.
As for the motor mount, once you get the old bolts out, you can use whatever you want to bolt it to the cross member. Just be sure they're grade 10 or whatever. That spot takes a lot of abuse.
If the rubber in the center is jacked up, you can get the ultra fast dry window weld urethane and fill the mount.

so you think i should just say forget it and sell the thing and get another one ? i got a whole nother body that was wrecked on the left side that im using for parts so im pulling everything off there ;<[br />But so far this has been more trouble then its worth. Swapped engine and tranny over and suspenion and dash and interior parts. They took the door lock out of the door i have no idea why and i dont know how to assemble that again from the other car does anyone else know how that could help ? the alignment is off so bad that it will almost make a 90 degree turn to the left if you dont hold the steering wheel

What is so wrong with your car that you are going this route with the parts cars, man? If you have a good body on your parts car, the only pieces you can't swap are the roof and rear quarters; everything else will swap right across to your car, which I'm hoping isn't as fuckered up as these cars you're talking about.
