One how would I make a coil on plug setup work and two what is the difference between a regular fan and push fans and if they are better how do I get them to work ?

1) Run individual coils for each sparkplug. You'll still be wasted spark, though, and see minimal to zero real benefit.
2) A pusher fan pushes air instead of pulling. Puller fans go behind the radiator to pull air through, pusher fans go in front to push air through. Two sides of the same coin.
