Got a couple questions here hopefully some of you could help me with. I have the stock injectors on my car with the s16g. Now I know the old hahn kits came with the cartech fpr, but when I bought the car a holley fpr was on there. First off will this even work with me trying to boost 8 psi max. I talked to hahn racecraft and they said that 8-9 psi is all I could get out of them with about 105-110 psi fuel pressure. So is that statement based on a cartech, aeromotive, holley,vortech fpr? I also just got a vortech sfmu, but not sure if I should use it instead of the holley, since the holley was one there when the guy I bought it from had it boosting 7-10 psi. Any suggestions would be great.

As far as I understand, as long as it's working properly and rated to the proper pressure/flow, the FPR doesn't make much difference on brand (correct me if I'm wrong guys) my thought is the statement that you have STOCK :eek injectors and are trying to run boost with them, you're most likely to hit 100% duty cycle way before you hit a couple pounds of boost

People have been boosting up to 8 psi on stock injectors for years safely, me included.

And the day you get a fleck of varnish in your fuel lines, or a tank of bad gas, or your injectors get tired of running at 100% duty cycle will be the day your "years of safety" end and you will have a nice $2000 engine repair bill.

Just because you can, doesn't mean you should.

For me, just the thought of 120psi fuel pressures in 10 year old rubber hoses rated for 75psi is enough reason to spend $150 on a set of new big injectors.
