I thought they had VERY good service. I purchased $600 worth of parts from them all at one time. I got Tokico Illuminas some addt'l suspension pieces and interior parts. They are middle men servicing to get good deal. They work deals with vendors to get customers products. My front shocks were immediately available but it took 2 months to get my rear shocks. That was because they were on back order. Carparts.com made every attempt to keep me informed, the back was Tokico's fault not Carparts.com
Carparts.com's service was excellent

Same delay (b/c of backorder) and same informed treatment. Definite thumbs up to these guys!

car-part.com is just a locater service for junkyards, good for finding stuff you don't mind used. depending on your area 2g parts are kinda rare for some reason, most of the boneyards around here don't list them
