that little tube is for the EGR vacuum, it plugs into the little 3 port outlet on the back of the manifold, you will soon get a CEL for having it unplugged, the little black box is for the cruse control, don't worry about it for now.

the socket is either a 26mm or 1 1/16 inch some say one fits while others swear the other is the only one that fits. buy both from sears then return the one that dosent fit
i personally went to sears and got a 26mm box wrench and cut it in half (middle of the shaft) so it was short enough to fit in the space.

The size is a 1 1/16" socket and many autoparts stores sell the socket. It's called a "Oil Sender Socket". They will know what you are talking about and it's in their tools section.

+1 use one of these! if a wrench slips it can break the sender in half (yes I did this) and for a dummy light switch they are annoyingly expensive. also if you do break it, most auto parts stores will hand you a 4g63 sender, and a neon one is only a single pin harness. you will have to ask for an avenger oil sender switch

wow I have never herd of that before, might want to considering getting a real manifold, I bet even those eBay ones flow a little better than that, BOV = Blow off Valve

i think he was just stating that it looked out of place with the stock manifold since in your pic you cant see the 16g.
were just making sure the BOV isnt powered by compressed air lol
