my head hurts....Please help.

Cant find the location of the Eclipse Cruise Control Computer. or if i even need it to add cruise to my 1995 eclipse gs.

I believe its part# mb942485 or MR400409

dug threw caps, google, ebay, and the junker outside with no luck. Heres a photo....




sure could use some help on this, will share all the work i've done to add cruise if i ever get it to work. THANKS
