You can get a mechanical gauge from summit for ~$20. I don't know of any gauges that would screw onto the schrader valve on the rail. You can either use a very short piece of ss braided line and two fittings, or you can use the high pressure fuel hose for fuel injected vehicles and some good clamps. If you would like some part numbers, go in the wiki under modifications, then power mods and fuel setups and there is a great sfmu diagram that should help you out.

just put it right after the fuel rail. On the return line you can use the same gauge t and barbs. A 4an fitting screws right on the end of the fuel rail

same thing its technically pronounced as a "dash 4" fitting, (the AN part is implied) however if your trying to get one of these from AdvancedAutoMonkeys there gonna look at you funny. they you would need to use the AN monicher, or tell them its an S.A.E 37* Flare fitting.
you can eliminate any confusion by going to a reputable speed shop and asking for the "dash 4" fitting.
if you get an Autometer Mechanical gauge then it should come with a length of SS line and all the fittings to the gauge itself, then you just take out the shrader core and add your adapter fitting and conect the line from the gauge, mount the gauge in a nice spot and enjoy
