Hey, I am new to this forum and I have an important question that I need an answer to asap. I have most of my turbo stuff and I am in the process of completing a custom kit.

What I already have:
turbonetics t3 super 60
turbonetics evolution wastegate
log manifold
stainless dp w/ dumptube
greddy type rs bov
walbro 255
evo 8 fmic w/ piping
missing link
stainless oil lines

What I am confused about:
If I decide to run 7 psi on stock injectors, will a vortech 12:1 fmu and a wally 255 high pressure be a good match?

What about injectors? I have heard mustang injectors work well. Do I need specific ones or any mustang injectors. If I get larger Injectors, Will that change the fmu ratio and fuel pump I will need.

Any and all info is appreciated. I know I probably could have searched more, but if you have any info, Please let me know so I can rest assure my system is sound. Thanks in advance.

You absolutely need the walbro fuel pump. As for injectors, they will work for you up to 7-8psi depending on turbo size and a 12:1 fmu should suit your needs just fine, note though you will be running ridiculously high fuel pressures. If you want larger injectors, I know some mustang injectors (off the top of my head IDK if they all will) work, but you need to know what size they are and adjust accordingly. If you opt for larger than stock injectors, you are going to need to ditch the fmu and get a vortech sfmu. There are plenty of fuel options out there that have been used with success. A few starting points to search for are, vortech sfmu, megasquirt or MS or MsnS, 8-injector setup, portfueler. It will really help you decide better what setup you want to go with if/when you upgrade to larger injectors. Also search for mustang or ford injectors hear and you should come up with at least a handful of results.

There is a good fuel writeup in the Wiki from jack_of_trades that you should check out. A 12:1 is the safest, but not the best solution. You could possibly get buy with a 10:1 or lower, but you would need an wideband or dyno your car while adjusting to find the perfect spot. I am in need of another walbro 255lph hp fuel pump already because I wore mine out within a year of having it and I don't even drive my car that hard.
