Buy some ARP head studs, then you won't have to worry about using/reusing TTY bolts.

Correct. Either buy new stocker head bolts from the dealership or a set of ARPs from Summit or something. Nothing worse than getting it all back together and finding it's leaking again because you stretched the bolts.
Not worth the risk.

I plan on getting new studs but was told i should cut the new ones down because of the cylinder head milling and the 420a has not deep enough bolt holes to begin with.just worried that when I torque it down its gonna bottom out not torque the head properly.Just heard this and really wana look into it,anybody know if that manufacture defect is true?

it is indeed true. If you're looking at the head from the front of the engine bay, the head bolt hole in the back right hand corner has given many members issues due to not being sunk deep enough therefore the bolt doesn't clamp properly. This only is an issue if you go with stock head bolts. If you choose head studs like ARP, this is totally removed as an issue because you screw in the stud and then clamp with the nut onto the stud rather than clamping with the stock bolt into the block.
