I just recently got a ML and no bolts...I know they are a lot longer, but don't know the size or thread pitch of the bolt.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think they are 6mm x 1.25 but i could be wrong

Odd, i've had my ML for over 7 years and never had a problem with hicups, or misses.
If the kit is missing the bolts, I would just go ahead and tap the manifold with a coarse thread. i've stripped that hole twice, and got wise the third time.
