Hey guys, I havent posted in a lonngg time. But here is my problem.

My emergency brake indicator light in the dash stays on....I opened up the center console and played with tightening and loosening the bolt that controls it to no avail...tomorrow i'm going to take off my wheels and see whats up. I even pushed in and out the little thing the ebrake hits when you pull it up and let it out...the light stays on. Any ideas??

Check your brake fluid resevoir to see if there is enough fluid or if the cap isn't tight.

Check your brake fluid level. I believe that the light also comes on when fluid drops below a certain point.

How can I tell if it is low? There is no point of reference to tell if it is low or not....

Nevermind my last post. THanks guys, it was low on brake fluid...Thanks a lot, I can always depend on you guys!
