what includes in an average tune-up from.. let's say.. pep boyz or something??? i've never been to any.. and i've been changing the oil and plugs myself... so don't know if it worth wasting 60-70 bucks... if they do nothing but a simple plugs change...!!

That's pretty much all they do, change the plugs. So save yourself 60-70 bucks. Don't expect them to inspect anything like they said on the paper.

Doing your own tuneup is simple.
1.Plugs(be sure to use anti-sieze on plug threads)
2.Plug wires (if have over 40,000 miles on the originals)
3.PCV
4.Check/replace air filter (if not K&N-if K&N check to see if it needs cleaned and reoiled)
5.Clean throttle body throat (with carb spray and toothbrush and DO NOT Hold your throttle plate open with a screwdriver or any other tool, use your hands on the throttle cable)
6.Check all your belts and hoses(check for leaks,squeeks,and cracks)
7.Clean any corrosion off of battery
8.Check all fluids for proper levels
9.Check and rotate the tires if they haven't been done lately. That is a simple tune up. Of course I know I left something out so let me know what it was.

I would add checking suspension... grease fittings,and check bushings, CV shafts etc for damage or wear.

And I like to use dielectric grease on spark plug electrode and boot. electrode to give a better spark and on the inside of the boot so theboot doesn't partially melt to the ceramic part of the plug. (I had this happed on my Neon, let me tell you it was a pain to get off with such a deep spark plug well.)

thnx guyz.. How can i check my front wheel's bearings?? or am i gonna have to take it to some shop... cuz i think they've gotten damaged cuz of all the pot holes.. it makes squeaking noise on the front wheels even though.. i got new brakes and rotors. and one of the rear wheels makes a deep noise aswell... any suggestions??? thnx

Put the car on jack stands.
Take off the tire.
Remove the nut on the CVshaft (somewhere between a 30mm and a 36mm)
Remove the CV and chck out the bearing, see if there is any play side to side, and if it's leaking bearing grease.
