ok my heater core is gone and im bypassing my hoses. if i keep it on there for 6 months bypassed will it have any bad effects on my car or just not cool right?

no bad effects. your car does not NEED a heater... its a creature comfort, you dont have to have it.

well good thing its starting to warm up here haha ill have it fixed by fall then my summers here are usually around 90-100 degrees winters around 50 degrees lol

Well today it was i think maybe a high of 50... in direct sunlight.

Now its like 50 mph winds. Cold as ice! heat = best friend right now.

Same here, last night was about 60 mph winds. Got pretty bad last night... my trash can was in the middle of the street.

Here ya go man...Ill get some pics of it up if i decide to move my lasy ass. But what i did was take the existing steel lines. And if you noticed, it 2 lines that are welded together. What you do is grind off the shorter one and take the one thats left and rotate it 90degrees so instead of wrapping around the engine, it goes to the right and then straight down to the coolant line. Nice little thing you could do so you can clean the bay up a bit and you dont have to worry about coupling the lines together.

pictures would be awesome because im going to be working on it this weekend. i got saturday off so im doing that and trying to get my dash lights to work. all my main lights like the check engine and stuff like that work just wont liight up the gauges or my heat/ac buttons :wallbash
