I was driving with my neighbor in my rs and she mentioned how she hates cars that make a clicking sound from the engine when they go uphill. I was like - aha I'm not the only one who notices that.

I'm theorizing it's the lifters or the valves. Maybe they hit harder when you have the gas pedal down. I dunno. If that's the problem, are there good aftermarket lifters that will soften the sound?

well it's just kinda annoying


this doesn't happen with my dad's gst... that engine never rattles. wonder if it's just different lifters

somebody must know
