I have tried searching for something similar to my current problem but had no success. I just recently put on Greddy headers, magnaflow universal 91000 cat, greddy sp2 exhaust. when i accelerate quickly coming from the rear it sounds like a vibrating/rattling noise mixed with a small tumbling noise. I ordered the copper gaskets from summit because i kept blowing the gaskets from autozone. I am confused being that all the parts are new except the headers. I have no clue as to what can be causing htis problem. Any input would be helpful. Thanks

First, you only have one header. Not multiple ones.

Have you gotten under the car to see if any heat shielding is vibrating on the exhaust? That would be my first guess.

My exhaust rattling is from my piping tapping on my frame in the back end. That might be another place to check

I get some rattle from the hanger next to the J-bend near the rear of the car. Might look there, or like it was said before, check the heat shielding.
