AFX UPD!!! 100% must have. good hp-$ ratio. Other pullies, maybe, depends on your year. i dont beleive they make the other pullies for the 95-99 years. cam gears - debatable. some say yes, some say no. also depends on if your turbo or not. to get the most out of them, you need to tune on a dyno. hope this helps.

UDP most definately, Cam gears will help but there is other stuff you should do first. Unless it's time for a head gasket then it would just be easier.

AF/X makes an underdrive pulley for our cars... mostly everyone gets them. I heard unorthodox racing makes a UDP too.. it's mostly for a neon, but it would work.
Cam gears, yea, you can definately wait on those... a couple of people with AEM cam gears said that it didn't feel any different at all.

Unorthodox Racing makes a UDP pulley for the Eclipse, actually two of them. One is 20% underdrive (I have this one) and the other is a 40% underdrive, which only drives the alternator. The AF/X is cheaper and is a 30% underdrive (opposed to the 20% of the Unorthodox one), but I wouldn't really worry about the 10% difference in the underdrive. The weight reduction that both the AF/X and Unorthodox pulleys give you (opposed to the stock pulley) is where you get most of your power gains.
