115603, CEL code P1498 after headgasket install??

Im throwing code P1498, i googled it and it came up with:
"High speed Rad Fan Ground CTRL Rly Circuit"
Does anyone know what this is or how to fix it? The car runs perfectly fine though...

you hooked up both temp senders in the thermostat housing? One's just a trip for the fans, maybe unplugged or something.

Check the fan relay, make sure you plugged the fan back in.

it turned out to be a "torn hose" as the service manager explained... so no idea what it really was, but its fixed now.
