I'd make sure it's not TOO tight, but check your pulley alignment. Your dampener may be wearing out and wobbling, or maybe the alt. bracket/tabs are somehow twisted.

any issues with the alternator belt? As said above, check the alignment of the pulleys, if they're not level with each other (i.e. crank pulley is not on all the way or something) then you'll end up throwing/destroying belts.

yeah i am pretty sure they are all aligned properly, even when i got my tune on the dyno it threw both my ps and alt belts, i dunno, i know they are tight enough and not to tight, but i cant figure out, haha maybe they are just crappy belts....?

The biggest cause of repeat loss of accessory belts is pulley alignment. Followed by improper tension on the belt. It's going to be one or the other.

My dad's mustang had this problem. If the alternator is mounted just a tiny bit off, this could happen.

Since you've lunched both the alt and PS belts I'm gonna say it's your crank pulley that's off. the alt belt seems to be more touchy to the crank being off alignment from what I've seen. I had a summer that I didn't have the crank pulley all the way on and it did the same thing.
