fired her up tonight. well first tried and no crank. my dad had a plug and couldnt find where it belonged till i found it was apart of the ecu. tried again it cranked and started right up!! the engine temp gauge didnt work but we found out where that was suppose to be plugged. no leaks. only thing that bothers us is that it kinda chugs from time to time and we kinda think it could be bad fuel? any thoughts? otherwise its really good rebuild is pretty much done. i will post a few pics of it tomorrow. so much blood sweat and money went into it lol.

get some fresh fuel and check for bubbles in the coolant, other than that it sounds like you're good!

good job getting it back together! :thumbsup

Everytime you type a post it involves bubbles in the coolant for some odd reason. lol

I know! I'm kinda tired of it, but it causes so many issues with our cars and is such a common issue.

the real problem is that the CTS is located in a bad spot. it really should be mounted lower where air bubbles won't affect it
