if you have an oil pressure gauge do you still need to run the stock oil sensor? i guess what I'm asking is does the sensor serve any purpose other than determining low oil pressure? if i don't have it but i had a gauge is everything OK?

If you don't run the stock oil pressure sender, your cock will fall off.

I don't have the stock sender on my car. I just put the autometer sender in it's place and just run the autometer oil pressure gauge.

My cock hasn't fallen off yet.
