I looked on this subject and I found it somewhere on here once but I can't find it again.
I brought a electric air fuel guage and I'm having trouble understanding it.
When I start the car up its perfect Stoichiometric in the green. but when I rev the car up while its ideling to about 3500 RPM the car gose all the way lean.
I havn't tried the car out with the gauge on the road yet until I get it all working right.

Dose anyone know why Its Stoichiometric when Idel and running lean when I step on the gas?
and for some reason if I touch the gas just a little and let off it gose rich?

And yes Ive been running it quite a bit trying to work out the kinks in the turbo install....So I hope I haven't been running seriously lean this whole time. :(

sounds like you need to adjust your fuel pressure a little bit. Any idea how many lbs your putting into the motor? If what type of FMU are you running?

There is no load on the car when you’re at a stand still and it’s not building boost, so its natural for it to lean out. Mine does the same thing when I step on the gas at idle, I don’t rev it at idle because it’s not all that good for your motor. If you calculated everything out correctly depending on what size injectors and rising rate fmu you should have, you should be ok. The only real way to tell if you’re running lean or not is to go out and drive it. You also don’t want it too rich at idle because you will go through o2 sensors like a mug.

I dont know how much lbs im running yet, but my guess is around 6 or 7.

I found a leak in my manifold so I dont know if that would cause a bad A/F reading or not.

Lol, I hope you have a fuel pressure gauge or something to monitor that spaceship looking thing once you go into boost. Cause if not… FAIL
